I am Juliette, both a biostatistician and an ML researcher.
I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry in Munich 🥨 working at the intersection of machine learning, bioinformatics and biology.
Short CV:
- 2024/onwards – I joined the Borgwardt Lab as a postdoctoral fellow, with primary motivation on machine learning and systems biology;
- 2021/24 – I pursued a PhD in biomathematics and biostatistics at Inria HeKA, focusing on combining statistical inference from survival models for recurrent events with machine learning techniques [slides] [manuscript (french only)];
- 2020/24 – Alongside my research, I worked part-time as a biostatistician in the R&D department at Pierre Fabre laboratories;
- 2020/21 – I joined the master of Public Health from the Université Paris-Cité;
- 2018/20 – I worked for 2.5 years at Amaris as a consultant in Health Economics and Market Access;
- 2018 – I graduated from the National School of Statistics in France with a major in Science for Healthcare.
